The focus is on impacts of the new decentralisation policy to local governance in Indonesia. The project seeks to assess synergic relations between local governments, political parties and civil society organisations in promoting regional good governance, identifying weaknesses and constraints for such synergic relations, and providing recommendations for improvement to establishing regional governance.
